From the moment you walk in, the hospitality is unmatched; they immediately offer a selection of complimentary tea, coffee, or bottled water, making the environment feel more like a relaxing spa than a typical appointment. The staff are really friendly and talk to you instead of each other. They always check you’re happy with your nails at each stage and most importantly, you leave with nails thats look perfectly polished and that last for weeks.
